Your local Village Hall is the venue for daily fitness classes.
These sessions take the form of a Circuit Class. The Circuit combines cardiovascular activity, toning and strength training in one balanced session that can dramatically improve your fitness levels. The classes really are suitable for all ages and abilities. Participants have ranged in age from seven to eighty!
The atmosphere is relaxed and it is a great way to meet other local residents and burn some calories.
No booking or commitment is necessary, just turn up when you want and pay the £7 per person fee for the 1 hour session.
Circuits will be starting again on May 17th and they’ll run weekly on Mondays and Wednesdays at 9.30am. Please bring your own mat if possible, equipment will be wiped down between sessions.
